From Jan: “This design celebrates so many things that I love. I dream of a garden filled with flowers and wildlife and peace. It is a place where I can celebrate the beauty of nature and find peace in my soul as I wander through it and enjoy the sound of the stream as it passes by. It is a place where I can nurture myself at the same time as I give back to nature through the flowers and trees I’ve planted. As I stitched this, I imagined myself walking through my meditation garden and finding peace. I hope you can find equal measures of peace and joy as you stitch this.
Model is stitch on 36 ct linen by Color & Cotton. This was a limited edition colorway produced for StitchCon in 2019, so it does not have a name on it. I stitched this with Missus Sedas Silk Floss, 1 strand over two linen threads. There is also a DMC conversion provided. You will find the colors needed in a photo in the gallery.”
