Description
“Liberty, when it begins to take root, is a plant of rapid growth.” is a quote found in a letter written by George Washington to James Madison in March of 1788, on the eve of the ratification of the Constitution. I love the image that springs to mind, of a small seed, planted in fertile soil, taking root and becoming a sprawling and beautiful vine. And so I designed a patriotic American pin drum and needle berry inspired by these words, with a Bald Eagle, stars and stripes on a shield, vining flowers, and the repeating words, “Liberty” and “Justice”. The pin drum is customizable with a striped star motif and full set of capital letters so that you can mark it as your very own.
