Thank you so much for supporting our shop as we work through the lasting impacts to our area of Hurricane Helene earlier this year.
This chart was designed exclusively for Sassy Jacks Stitchery by Beth Seal of Summer House Stitche Workes, and features a traditional coverlet design popular in the North Carolina area in days gone by.
We’ve included three beautiful Fall colors of Weeks Dye Works Floss: Tobacco Road, Carolina Cecil, and Sweet Potato. Two skeins of each for using two threads on 32ct.
The linen is precut into the three pieces that you need with ample allowance. We selected Cappuccino from Weeks Dye Works on a Zweigart base, and it looks fabulous with the floss.
We’ve also made a special Project Tag/Floss Tag for all of our Jack’s Bootstraps kits, and included one for you. I hope you love this sweet little squirrel working hard to gather his acorns for the winter!
And we cut a small square of Weeks Dye Works Wool in Tomato color (perfect fall color) for the bottom of your pin cushion, or for you to use somewhere else.
We also included a beautiful Mother of Pearl button created by Jackie du Plessis from antique inspirations and a glass headed pin from Tulip, as well as a sweet little vintage inspired bulb shaped safety pin.
And the chart! The beautiful cardstock chart from Summer House Stitche Workes is included, along with a needle for your stitching.
