“Ann’s sampler has a lot of elements that I love — a red house, animals, a big ol’ tree, a great border, and just lots of this-and-that. Fun to stitch, and timeless in its design, you’re sure to love this one forever.
Fabric I chose is 32 count Vintage Sand Dune by Lakeside Linens. Stitch count is 290 by 350. I recommend Gloriana Schoolhouse Red, Pecan, Au Ver a Soie 2635 (2), 3812, 3431 (2), 3745, 3815 (2), Belle Soie Baguette and Chocolat, Silk N Colors Camelot’s Lady and Potter’s Clay, and Needlepoint Silk 993 and 222. Man, I used a lot of different companies for the silks for this one. If that bugs ya, I’ve got a DMC conversion. Happy stitching!”
